Obsidian Entertainment have released a new trailer for the upcoming expansion pack to Neverwinter Nights 2. The expansion, entitled Storm of Zehir, will bring back “old school” RPG elements which were featured in Baldur’s Gate, including an overland map, and complete character customisation of all party members. New classes will also be added. Strangely, Obsidian promises that Storm of Zehir is a step back from the evolution of the Neverwinter Nights series in terms of gameplay. In fact, so much that it is being compared to the original Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale. Even better for the basement dwelling Dungeons and Dragons players, Storm of Zehir will shadow the 4th edition release.
